Thanks a lot for your support to confirm. So based on the link description, the only difference between LM239AQDRG4Q1 and LM239AQDRQ1 is if support green or led free , and all the function and other specs are same and customer also could use any one of these two devices for their design and they could use LM239AQDRG4Q1 to replace LM239AQDRQ1 in some production project too , correct? Thanks again for your time to confirm.

No, both support green and are lead free. There is no difference.
