INA280: Can Part Measure the Total Current Supplied by its Own Vs?

Part Number: INA280

Hi team,

Can the INA280 measure the overall load current on the same voltage source (3.3V) that powers it? This would effectively mean that Vs=V+=3.3V, and V- is somewhere in the vicinity of 50-200mV less (say 2.8V min., 3A through 5milli ohms) than Vs and V+ in steady state . Not looking for 'extreme' accuracy or measurement at turn on; just +/-10% or so when steady state (3.3V load will be pretty steady, in the amps range).

Any help greatly appreciated - thanks!

Best regards,
