OPA862DEVM: output interface network for opa862d evaluation module

We have purchased the opa862d evaluation module for single-ended to differential conversion. We have observed in the datasheet that a resister network is present at the output end which is giving a loss of 26dbm which we are able to observe physically. Now to remove the losses what is the resistor configuration required for 50ohm impedance. It was written to check in the OPA862D datasheet application section. But not much information about the interface is found there. I request you to share the configuration setting or resistor network for 50ohm impedance and without losses.
