Hi,

Good day.

Our customer simulated the BUF634A in a single supply mode of +5V input but the circuit is not operating as a buffer in MHz frequency input. Can you please help us check what might be the problem? Thank you.

why don't you use the BUF602 if you want a single 5V buffer.

The Buf634A has an output headroom of about 2V on each side, on 5V supply - probably not going to work physically much less the model

Hello Cedrick,

The BUF634A is working as it should at single supply with the output voltage range specified in Figure 7-17 and 7-18 in the datasheet. As Michael mentioned, the BUF602 has a wider output voltage range. I have attached the Tina-TI file below.
