What is the difference between INA281A4QDBVRQ1 and INA281B4QDBVRQ1?

Billy,

The difference between the A and B in the orderable refers to different options of the INA281, with the only difference being the pinout of the package. Page 3 of the data sheet shows the two pinouts side by side so you can see the differences (pins 3, 4, and 5).
