Hello Guys,
Our customer have been trying to simulate the circuit on P Spice for TI from this link https://www.ti.com/product/TLV2771#design-development, however, whenever he try to run the simulation, the software reports "Subcircuit TLV2771 used by X_U1 is undefined".
What do you think could be the issue?
Thanks and regards,
Art
Thanks Kai!
Hey Art,
As Kai pointed out, the customer may use the TINA-TI model.
To debug the PSpice issue, is the customer using the model from ti.com? Or are they using the model from the integrated library inside of PSpice-for-TI?
If they are using the model from ti.com, are they following the 3rd Party import procedure? The error sounds like the customer did not configure the library within the simulation profile.
All the best,
Carolina
Hello Carolina,
Apologies for the late response as it took some time for the customer to get back to us on this.
They are using the PSpice model from TI.com. Below are the latest response from the customer:
"I have been trying to design the charge amplifier op amp on tina ti. However, I am not sure as to why I am not getting an amplification. I modelled the sensor as a voltage source in series with a capacitor (Which is the sensor's capacitance of 450pF) which also has a resonant frequency of 1MHz. I calculated the High frequency cut off to be 1MHz and the low cut to be 500kHz. The cable capacitance is 80pF. May you please double check the circuit for me or advise me on the way forward. I have attached the Tina TI file along with this."
Thanks and regards,
Art
Hey Art,
Looks like the customer is connecting the positive power supply to GND and the negative power supply to 5V.

All the best,
Carolina
