INA149: power sequencing question

Part Number: INA149

Team,

I’m working a program that wants to use the INA149 diff amp in a monitoring circuit application. One question that we had though that I couldn’t seem to find the answer looking through resources was whether it is okay for the input voltage and REF voltage to be active before the Vcc supply power. The VCC voltage we are using is created off of the main input that is our monitoring input to the INA149. Would there be any transient concerns during the short period where the input voltage and REF voltage is up and running but the supply voltage is OFF? We are fine with the output voltage being OFF during this time but didn’t know if there would be other issues involved with this operation?
