the answer can be seen at two points of the datasheet.
1. Form the "absolute maximum ratings". The maximum storage temperature is 150°C. This is your maximum junction temperature, as storiging is usually down without powering the chip
2. From the "dissipation rating table". For the D package the power rating is 7.6mV/°C above 84°C and the specified maximum power at 125°C is 190mW. So no power must be dissipated at 190mW / 7.6mV x °C + 125°C = 150°C. This again is your maximum junction temperature.
