I imagine you are receiving a lot of overlapping information none of which is very device specific.

For the OPA4342UA, the MSL rating: Level-2-260C-1 YEAR and the quality data.

The INA826A is actually covered by another team but here is the data:

Similar to Jonathan in this thread, our packages follow the JEDEC and IPC standards, therefore should be able to go through the washing process (DI water).

Thanks for the detailed reply. Is it safe to say that AN2029 document is the general reference for handling SMD IC packages?

The document states that it is applicable to plastic packages, it is intended as a guideline/reference.
