Hello Holger,
You need to be very specific down to the orderable part numbers of the devices you are interested in. There are several grades ("A" and "V") and it makes a difference in specs and package BOM.
In Kai's example devices above, the datasheet specs are nearly the same. Electrically and operationally, they are identical. Internally, they do have different die. It is typical for the Q1 device to have a different die ID than the commercial, though the core design ins the same.
Obviously, the big difference is in the AEC-Q100 qualifications and assembly flow for the Q1 device.
