Hello expert,

Our customer received these INA128UA/2K5 DC: 2104 from Arrow Electronics. In the same reel, they sighted:

1. Different mold encapsulation between 2 samples.

2. Different font format between 2 samples.

Are these possible in a manufacturing environment?

And how would it happen in the case of this part#?

Hi Shawn,

I had our quality engineer look into this and he confirmed that the symbol matches our system. As for the ejector pin hole (dot on the back) it's possible that the same reel could have devices with and without it.
