Thanks, I can find the test circuit at the video, and I wonder if TI has related documents introducing OP amp parameters test circuit, documents are more efficient than video learning.

Actually I personal study TIPL course by reading the slides and speech draft, which can be found below the video. There are also lots of Application Report on TI's website like 'DC Parameters: Input Offset Voltage' include the defined, cause ,impact and test. Just use the search function to find the document you want on ti.com.

So Stanley, you have a couple of layers here 

1. Outgoing test is DC only using the classic servo loop approach

2. Char curves can be measured where those set ups can be quite detailed, but not usually available

3. Char curves like Aol are usually not measured, but simulated due to bench limits. Sometimes that is noted (OPA837) but often not.
