ISO122: SPICE model

Does TI have any spice model? If not, could you give me comment on if there is alternative product model for ISO122 spice simulation?

Hi Sasaki-san,

The ISO122 is an older device and as such as SPICE model has not been created for it. A newer device such as ISO224 has a SPICE model that can be used with similar functionality. Please note that the ISO224 internal gain is 1/3, where the ISO122 has a nominal gain of 1.

There is a Spice model for the ISO120 as well. That could be used as a substitute for the ISO122.
