    Hi Jiaxuan,

    it's not unusual that different assembly locations use different lead frames.

    By the way, this can result in minor differences of junction-to-ambient thermal resistances. The specified thermal data in the datasheet shows averaged values. And if there's a change of assembly locations, the thermal data can slightly vary in the datasheet revisions.

    Hi Jiaxuan,

    As Kai mentioned, different assembly sites may use different lead frames, depending on the supplies and tooling available.

    Both of those lead frames are valid.
