I need to request specific samples of LM358DRG (20 off) post PCN #20210212001.1, they must be from the new Fab site CFAB using the new 200mm diameter wafer under process J13. These are to be tested for Government approval for use in the Medical Sector globally. How can I place a sample order ensure I order the correct part please? I am unable to procure these through the samples request form on TI website as cannot guarantee which fab site they have been produced and which wafer used. I am fine to buy these parts but the must be to the spec mentioned please and I cannot specify the exact fab site I need when purchasing either.

I have spoken to Customer Services previously and reached out via chat to the Specialist dept (Case CS0643047) and TI Customer Support (Case CS0616632) but to no avail? My Customer is chasing for samples to be tested for approval.

Please kindly advise how I can obtain these parts urgently?

I believe this problem might be resolved with a ZS order. Please reach out to the General Purpose amplifiers' marketing team.

Hey Lyndsey,

It just occurred to be that you are not internal to TI and therefore probably cannot do the suggested answer above. The LM358BIDR are part of the PCN material. Would it work for your testing?

Many thanks for your reply. we need the specific part as above for testing and approval I'm afraid. We use the current part and want to keep this part in the build, but if we are unable to obtain and approve the new Fab site and dye then we will have to approve an alternative part altogether and remove the TI part.

Do you have any suggestion at all who I could contact to obtain a sample of the newly qualified part please?
