Does ISO224 have any minimum Rload requirement? The customer wants to use ISO224 to drive Rload as 2kOhm, and the datasheet describes the Rload as typical 10kOhm. They plan to use ISO224 to drive differential ADC directly, and its input impedance is estimated as 2kohm ~ 4kohm.

a 2k load should not present a problem, as the load current is far away from the +/-18mA specified output short-circuit current of ISO224. The following simulations shows an overlay of curves with 1k, 2k and 10k output load. As you can see, there's no difference:
Another question is whether the output of ISO224 is fast enough to make the charge bucket filter at the input of ADC to settle fast enough within the aquisition time of ADC. What ADC do you intend to use?
