I'm looking for a discrete alternative to the drv8323 built in low side current sensors, with a gain of 20 and a settling time of 600 ns. I'm trying to find something that is small and at least this fast and doesn't have too many external components. The TI current sense amplifiers all seem to be too slow. Can anyone point me to some parts that would be give those kinds of parameters.

Currently our current sensors have a settling time that will not meet your settling time demand. The fastest current sensor the we can offer is the INA280A1 with a settling time of 5us and a gain of 20 V/V.
Some other options are the high-speed op amps, which will satisfy your requirement for settling time but will add external components.
