Hi,

I was looking for a single to differential amplifier with a fixed unity gain with supply range of 10V.

INA149 is unity gain but it is single ended.

so what do you recommend that is available in the market.

THP210 may meet your requirements with the information you provided currently.

INA149 is High Common-Mode Voltage Difference Amplifier, which is very different from the above THP210 DFA. If you are able to provide me with application details, perhaps I am able to provide other suggestions.
