What are the main differences between TLC2262C and TLC2262A version other than the temperature ranges?

"C" indicates the commercial temperature range. "A" indicates the lower offset voltage. (See the table on p. 2 of the datasheet.)

The differences between the two parts are listed in the electrical characteristics table and can be seen by comparing the electrical characteristics tables (page 6 and on in the datasheet). This is also dependent on which A version you are concerned with. Is it TLC2262AI or TLC2262AQ/AM. These have separate electrical characteristics tables.
