First check all of the distributors. Second, the OPA365-Q1 and OPA365-EP are the same device, they just have more intensive vetting which adds cost.
We have two alternatives available: OPA607 and LMV793 aka LMP7717. These can be externally compensated to be used in any gain including +1V/V.
The two easiest ways are to either add a differential input resistor: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/snoa486b/snoa486b.pdf
Or add a feedback capacitor: https://www.ti.com/lit/an/slyt174/slyt174.pdf This is usually more feasible for drop-in replacements, since a feedback capacitor footprint is more often available.
If you share your schematic I will help you design in these substitutes.
We won't have any more OPA365 again for a long time. Probably mid next year at the earliest, based on what I hear.
