The test page of DS90UB914 is incomplete and that of DS90UB954 is different,

as shown bleow

    Thanks for the screen shots. A few questions

    a) Could you please describe your test setup? Are you using TI EVMs or custom board with 914 / 954?

    b) When using 914, in the "Slave Address" tab, did you select the correct device slave address? 

    c) Are you using external USB2ANY board? When using 954EVM you don't need external USB2ANY. The TI 954EVM has built-in usb2any circuit. So you can directly connect to the usb port on it.

    d) Please check the boards are powered. For TI 954 EVM, you need 12V power.

    e) If possible, please upload a picture of your setup.
