TLV237x input protection

Hello,

I have a qestion about operational amplifier TLV237x. Does it have input protection diodes (from inputs to Vcc and to GND) ? No info in datasheet.....

There is a possibility in my application, that input voltage is present when OPAMP is off. OPAMP is connected as voltage follower, single supply +5V. Impedance of source signal is high (1 MOhm), so I need small input current OPAMP.

Can you help me ?

    Hello Zdenek,

    The TLV237x input ESD protection cells include steering diodes that are connected from an input, back to each supply rail. The very high source impedance of the +5V supply would prevent any appreciable current from flowing through the input diodes when VDD is off.
