Hi Minglai, We have six amplifiers available in DIE form: OPA857-DIE, OPA656-DIE, OPA657-DIE,OPA846-DIE, THS3001-DIE, and OPA2835-DIE.

The OPA2835-DIE is a dual amplifier, with Iout= 40mA max, and supports a Vs=3.3V.

Are you able to use a ball grid array package?

Yes. BGA is fine

What is the end application? Specifically, why is the chip package desired and what is the bandwidth you are targeting? Are you sure a normal QFN package is insufficient?

This is for optical communication transceiver. The space is very limited and there is a few devices needed. Therefore, I would like to use as small package as possible.

The smallest dual amplifier package we have is OPA2607, which is offered as a X2QFN.

The typical Output Short-circuit current from the datasheet is 60mA but I don't know the minimum sink and source currents. Thanks

One question though, is it a typo or is it that I missed something, the condition for this test has RL=10K, with this load, how can the current be as shown in the chart?

By the way, is there a simulator that I can use to check my circuits that use TI linear parts?
