AMC1311-Q1: The design suggestion for connection between the AMC1311-Q1 and F280049.

Hi Expert, 

My customer is using AMC1311B-Q1 to sense the VBUS voltage in On-Board Charger. The schematic is below. The output of AMC1311 is followed by op which convert differential output to single ended. The single ended output is go into the buffer then go into TMS320F280049-Q1. Customer would like to combine these two op inti one in order to optimize the area. 

Here is the question:

1. Is there necessary to add the buffer before the c2000?

2. And design consideration if customer use one op only?
