The leads of the INA2180A2IDGKR are NiPdAuAg plated.
Is this plating electroless plating?
Also, are all TI Ni-plated products electroless plated?

Hi,

It appears that TI does not stipulates specifically that electroless plating process be used. Although material composition, plating control (chemistry, process and thickness) and annealing are specified to make sure the lead frame meet JESD201 requirement. Here is the official statement:
