INA199: Help check the design

The IC uses ina199a1dckr, the Vbat voltage is 24V, and the VCC (PIN3) voltage is 3.3V. In this case, can the amplification accuracy reach 1.5% of the superscript in the manual?

    The short answer is yes, the device should achieve the gain error stated for the test conditions in the datasheet, but this also will not the only error present in the system. What is the range of current you are looking to measure here? Taking swing into account, the maximum amount of current you could look to measure with your setup is ~93A, is that correct? Can you share the actual range of measurement you are looking to measure here?  If you are attempting to measure currents this high, have you taken the thermal problem into consideration? This amount of current will generate a LOT of thermal loss, and I would not recommend such a large shunt for currents of this magnitude. 

    Examining a range of measurement from 1A to 93A, the total error curve for your design looks like this:

    So the gain error will dominate for most of the curve, but the offset will begin to exert influence around the 7A mark.
