Hello guys,
One of my customers is considering using OPA2251 for their new products.
At this moment, they have the following questions. Could you please give me your reply for them?
Q. Is there any diode between +INx and -INx terminals of OPA2251 like OPA2187 inputs?
We need MUX friendly high voltage op-amp.
Your reply would be much appreciated.
Kazuya.
Hello Kazuya,
I have located the original OPA2251 design review schematic and is does not show any back-to-back clamping diodes between the two inputs.
