Hi,

The LM324KA datasheet shows the functional block diagram. It also shows there are 4 diodes in the component (total device) in the table.

- Where are the 4 diodes in the block diagram?

- LM324K and KA has ESD protection diodes. Therefore total device diodes are 12pcs (4 + 2 ESD protection * 4 circuit), is it correct?

    Hello KoT,

    The diagram is not complete as it doesn't cover the current sources in detail. The diodes from table should be the 'diode connected transistor' in green.

    For K & KA the additional input 'diodes' in drawing are really transistors. So add 8 transistors to the table.
