First two characters are year (ones) and month (hexadecimal). So assembly date is 2020 September. I can't immediately discount it being 2010 September.
Do you have reason to suspect 2010?

yes, we suspect that it is either an older component - 2010, 2000 or not an original TI (NSC) component.

I had this code researched and it is confirmed as 2020. It looks like an original TI (NSC) component (symbolizations in right place, hard to read text).
