AFE031: - Power line communication over Cp line

We have a control pilot line(CP) line transfering a PWM signal. Can we use the same line to transfer data by means of power line communication using AFE031? We are interfacing AFE031 to controller TMS320F280049.

    Could you describe your CP line that is transferring PWM signal? I need to understand the CP line's performance characteristics before I am able to reply to your inquiry. 

    From CP line, I'd like to know PWM signal's voltage amplitude, frequency, current ratings, distance etc.. What is the pilot line (CP) is used for? 

    In AFE031 narrowband PLC communication, the communication signal is transferred in sine wave through a powerline, where powerline maybe AC or DC powerline (transmitted signals may be coupled differently for AC vs. DC power).  This is intended application, of course, the PLC interface may be used for other application as well, since AFE031 has a built-in power amplifier at its transmitter stage. 

    Please let me know your requirements and we can discuss the PLC application using AFE031.
