Do you know the minimum and maximum supply current consumption for the INA210x family of amplifiers when driving a ADC with an equivalent input resistance of 2.5 kΩ, and when powered at 3.3 V and 12 V?

There are a few currents that will contribute to the current usage of the INA, the input bias current, the output current and the quiescent current will establish what current draw you will see on the INA.
These individual currents depend on certain circuit parameters. The datasheet outlines what current can be expected for various circuit parameters.
The most important thing to take into consideration is if the INA can supply the required output current. Below in Figure 10, the output current based on output voltage can be seen. Depending on your operating output voltage the INA will be able to supply the current plotted in Figure 10. Once you establish that the INA can supply the needed current, you will be able to calculate the current drawn by the output.
The next current to look into is the input bias current which can vary based on the common mode voltage, please see figure below Figure 11.
The quiescent current can be found in the electrical characteristics table of the datasheet.
