Hello Jazz,
TI doesn't share date code information on an open forum because product counterfeiters can us the information to their advantage. Do you have suspicions about the validity of the OPA2541 product that you have, or is it a matter of material that you have had in storage a long time?
I am not sure what we will be able to provide you, but if you have some clear images of the OPA2541 product you have that might provide us something to look into.

Hello Jazz,
The OPA2541SM has been available since at least 1987. All I can really tell from the device marking images is that the year of manufacture was a year ending in "8" since the product became available. The devices in the images look fresh and bright so my thought is they likely are from 2018, but I can't say that for sure.
Since I am not able to reveal details about the date and lot code formats that TI uses for the OPA2541SM there is another route you can take to at least confirm the validity of the product you have in your possession. The TI resource I am referring you to can be used to verify whether it is counterfeit, or valid TI product. If you use the resource at a minimum you will be able to find that out. What additional information TI will provide through that resource is not known to me, but I think it worth trying. Here is a link to the information:

The link lists and explains what items are needed to perform the verification.
