    Please describe the setup used for the ICCT test on the OPA364 pins. Also provide test limits.

    Hey Garry,

    Could you please provide some additional information as far as the failure for the device? What is the application/circuit this is being used in (a schematic would be helpful). Additionally between which pins of the device are you seeing short circuits?

    Normal setup ,actual reading(measure value) for passed N2  and test limits as below( the details please refer to the test log  as attached fileICT testlog(line 972&973).xlsm:

    Garry,

    The powered tests provided a great 2V and 0.1V, so the op amp is working fine. The OPA364 has many specified parameters, but none are provided for power off tests such as "shorts".  Without knowing the exact pins and applied signal, I can't determine if the issue is device or ICT test setup or limits.
