Hi Team,
My customer asks LM7321MF/NOPB Ibis model, however I can not find it on ti.com.
There are PSpice and Tina models on ti.com.
Can you share the lm7321 IBIS model if you have it?
Thanks and happy new year!
Taemin,
Hey Taemin,
Welcome to e2e The best benefit of e2e is that it is searchable. I found this answer on this e2e link: https://e2e.ti.com/support/amplifiers-group/amplifiers/f/amplifiers-forum/896034/opa320-q1-need-ibis-model/3312544#3312544
An IBIS model contains information relating to the digital buffers of an IC chip. The IBIS model simulates the system-level PCB behavior, specifically modeling the connection from the outside world to the product’s digital input/output (I/O) buffers.
LM7321 is analog part, and does not use the model.
All the best,
Carolina
