I don't believe TI did a part like this - originally done by Intersil (but really the Elantec designers) then ported over to Renesas when they bought Intersil. Essentially, a 4X1 RGB video mux, 3 outputs, 4 input on each of those. There were 2X1 RGB gain of 2 video muxes the TI group did, but not 4X1 I don't believe.
