HI...

One of my customer is using LP339DR for their application. They have raised the query related to ESD rating of device, which is not mentioned in device datasheet.

I have downloaded document from Reliablity page but it directs towards the datasheet & it doesn't showing any ratings. Pls. provide the same.

    Hello Miteshkumar,

    I could not find ESD tests for the "D" SOIC package, only for the "N" DIP package.

    It passed 2kV HBM and 250V Machine Model (MM). CDM was not tested at the time.

    Please note that these values are for design guidance and are not guaranteed as they are not in the official datasheet.
