Most of Op Amp supplier provide MSOP package.

I wonder for TI part, what is the name for MSOP package?

3 mm × 3 mm, 0.65 pin pitch is VSSOP (DGK).

Hi user4090349,

To add to Clemens, another alternative name is HVSSOP (DGN). This one has the same pitch and package dimensions as the DGK that Clemens mentioned but with the height being at 1.02mm rather than 0.97mm.
