INA129: INA129P Glass transition temperature?

I have a customer looking for the glass transition temp (Tg) of the PDIP package for the INA129.

    Hi Aaron,

    We are trying to confirm the Tg of the epoxy molding compound in PDIP package. The information may be verified by early next week.

    Tg property of the molding compound is determined by the type of epoxy resin and hardener used in curing (also depends on the epoxy resin manufacture and location). Based on the typical molding compound used in our IC products, my guess is that the Tg of the molding compound should be measured at approx. 150C range. I will let you know after I receive the additional product information.

    Hi Aaron,

    The Tg glass transition in PDIP package for the INA129 is spec’d between 110 - 136ºC.
