INA302-Q1: Functional Safety Documentation

The INA302 is noted as a Functional Safety-Capable device, meaning there should be information on FIT rates and failure mode distribution / pin FMEA. How can I get access to that data?

    I think there may be confusion here with the automotive vs catalog part. The INA302-Q1 as listed in the title is our automotive version of this device, and is functional safety capable, and as you mention, this device does have this information available. The easiest way to access that information is via the link on the first page of the datasheet:

    The catalog version of this device (INA302) does not go through these tests and while it is the same part in terms of design, is not recommended for functional safety in designs where this information is required. Please let me know if you have any questions.
