There is not same function circuit in TI. but there is similar devices as TAS5614. you can go ahead serach in ti.com.

However, IRS20957 design for 100W to 1500W Class D Amplifier, TAS5614 only support up to 300W. Any others?

The TPA3255 in mono would be the highest output Power Speaker Amplifier we have in our portfolio.
