It is a problem with the USB2ANY. Does the user's guide at the link below not help with updating the firmware?

Hi Ramin,

PRAMPS supporting team did not use BQ25792EVM or USB2ANY interface in any of our products. Could you verify that your USB2ANY driver/firmware in the EVM package comes with the latest released 2.8.2.0 version?

If the driver or firmware is not the latest copy, please download it via the site below. Meanwhile, we are trying to figure out which TI team is responsible to support the interface, and we will try to find you the supporting team on Monday.
