I was looking at the TLC271BID, and I need to know the thickness of gold in each part to determine the solderability without degolding the terminations. I found the information at the link below, but without knowing the total surface area, we cannot calculate the thickness of gold in the NiPdAu plating on the termination surface. Is there a way to get the thickness of gold on the plated surface?
Thanks in advance for your assistance.
Joey Christ, Thank you for posting my question in this forum. I have the same question for two (2) additional part numbers: TLV9061SQDBVRQ1 and TLV9041SIDBVR. I would like to know the thickness of gold in the NiPdAu plating on the termination surface.
