Could you please provide the Lead Frame info of INA128UA and INA128UAG4?

I asked CSC but they didn't have available info, and let me ask e2e.

You mean INA128UA = INA128UAG4? there is no difference of about INA128UA and INA128UAG4?

Hi Sakura-san,

Based on the datasheet, the INA128UA is UA grade (higher Vos than U grade). The differences are the lead finish, where G4 is NiPdAu finish with "Green" mold compound. INA128UA's lead frame material content is listed in the material content datasheet that I enclosed previously.
