TRF37A75EVM: RE: S2P file frequency range from 0Hz to 20 GHz

   The operating frequency range for the TRF37A75 is from 40Mhz to 6GHz, and it does look like we provide a S2P data up to 8.5GHz. Thanks for looking into this tab. Unfortunately, we do not have measured data up to 20GHz. But if you need more information, we have an ADS simulation model available for this device in the same area you found the S2P file data.

Thanks for your response   whatever available in your website S2P file data is not sufficient for my project  even can you provide S2P file date up to 12GHz. it is very helpful in my project.

Hello Mani Babu,

  I am in the process of gaining access to a folder where I believe more data for this device could be located. From my recollection in our RF testing, I do not believe we test above 8.5GHz to around 10GHz. But, I will check just in case and let you know by the end of the week.
