Nanosecond pulse generator

Other Parts Discussed in Thread: TLV3601, BUF634A

Hello TI experts,

I would like to design a circuit to generate nanosecond pulses.

Is it any idea to let me start and studying in TINA simulation?

Here is my requirement:

- All system is based on 50 ohm.

- The pulse width must be adjusted between 1ns to 100ns.

- The rise time of pulse must be adjusted between 500ps to 10ns. (Maybe I can use a lowpass filter to limit the max 3dB frequency)

- The amplitude of pulse must be adjusted between 100mV to 5V. (Maybe I can use an external step attenuator to do it)

- The repetition rate of pulses is 100kHz.

Is there any block diagram or TI components to make this circuit?

I am looking forward to have some good suggestion.

Thanks.

SK.
