OPA858: Switching Device

Part Number: OPA858

Hi there.

I'm planning to use OPA858 as a TIA for measuring unknown devices (LCR). Max frequency range would be 10MHz., and there will be one amplifier per measurement range.

In the worst case range (100kOhm RF), I've got a good flat frequency performance, but when I add a couple of photomos to shut down the amplifier, it degrades considerably.

The switch I chose is one of the lowest R*C product I could find. So, how is it possible? Is there a better choice to do this function? I already tried some mux with worse results.
