TL331-Q1: OUT pin capacitance info

My customer would like to know what is the device capacitance on the output pin of TL331QDBVRQ1 (nominal value and worst-case value).  As an example, what is the internal capacitance on OUT pin that the external pull-up resistor would need to charge-up when the 5V pull-up rail turns on, and the comparator is in a logic low state?  Thanks.

    Hello Alan,

    The output capacitance of the TL331 is approximately 4.5pF with a 5V output high state. 

    This is not a characterized parameter so we do not have immediate data.
