Hi team

Could you please kindly help to check whether it is a proper device for an operational amplifier is used to detect a voltage from -9V to -2V, please help to see if this material meets the requirements, thank you !

This device cannot handle more than 5.5 V.

Assuming that you will power the opamp from 0 V and -9 V supply rails, you need a device that can handle 9 V. Use the search function:
ti.com/amplifier-circuit/op-amps/general-purpose/products.html#p480=1;1&p1261max=9;48&p1498=Automotive

(If you use other rails, such as +9 V and -9 V, you would need a device for 18 V. In any case, the input voltage cannot be outside the power supply rails.)

This will help you convert -9V to -2V to a voltage range compatible with TLV6001. 0 to 5V for example
