LMH6505: Output impedance over frequency

The LMH6505 datasheet specifies an output impedance at DC (0.12 ohms) and the section on transmission line matching specifies that this output impedance increases with frequency, but there is no plot included showing how this output impedance varies with frequency.

I'm interested in frequencies under 25MHz.

Hi Lin,

see figure 38 of datasheet of LMH6504.

The LMH6504 and the LMH6505 seem to be very similar.

Hello Nicole,

Please use the LMH6504 datasheet when considering output impedance of the LMH650x family of devices. As Kai mentioned, please reference Figure 38 for Output Impedance.

Do note the LMH650x models, including the PSPICE model for the LMH6505, do not support output impedance simulations.
