OPA317: OPA317IDBVR

The PSpice for OPA317IDBVR is not available or if in case it is there I am unable to get access to that particular file... It is needed for simulation purpose, could you please provide me with the PSpice model...

Hi Suman,

I just downloaded it from our library. Enclosed is the PSpice file for OPA317.

There is only one *.txt file, which is OPA317 PSpice library. I checked with other simulation tool, it works.

Hi Suman,

depending on the simulator you use you might need to rename the ending of the .txt file.
